Fog mulhy grass white

Muhlenbergia capillaris, known as hairawn muhly, is a warm season grass. It has a double layer formed by external leaf-like structures and standing out internal purple-pink flowers. The flowers are very feathery with a cloudlike appearance to the top of the grass. Given to this attractive appearance, it is widely used for ornamental purpose. Preserved mulhy grass is in pure white color, adding a fluffy and fairy effect to floral arrangements.
